At the international level, much research has been done on the relationship between OER-integrated teaching methodology and student characteristics (student's attitude towards learning, motivation, and learning strategy). However, in Mongolia, this type of research is not enough. This research aims to investigate teachers’ usage levels of OER in their teaching practice. The online survey was conducted for 598 primary and secondary school teachers in Mongolia at the beginning of the school year 2018-2019.
