The global education policy has taken turn from traditional training to digital training in an effort to prepare citizens who are adapted to the age of scientific and technological advances, developments, and open communities in future. The COVID-19 pandemic worldwide has brought on significant damages to not only economies, but also public health and education. Many countries have responded with strategies to prevent the virus spread with lockdowns, emergency states and quarantines. Educational organizations of all levels switched to digital form of training. Sports events have all been canceled. It has become impossible to engage in classroom training and coaching. Such social distancing affects people’s psychology and lifestyles. Therefore, physical activity is an option during pandemic to maintain the level of learning and knowledge gathering people have acquired during normal times. We are faced with the need to adapt to new conditions and new ways to work. In order to keep up normal training activities at all levels of Mongolian educational organizations, we must take advantage of technology i.e. platforms to deliver online training. This is a wonderful strategy for youth who are confined to their homes. This form of online training improves people’s communication, happiness, immunity and cardiovascular systems. Physical education classes provide students with activities essential to their everyday lives. Physical education classes are different from other classes in that we help students to get moving, improve their immunity and develop physically through exercises. We will reflect in our presentation the process of online training provided to NUM students in order to protect their health, ensure physical development, improve immunity and prevent loss of physical activity.
