本文以蒙古国汉语教学市场为背景，分析了孔子学院与本土汉语培新机构在市场中的角色、优势与挑战。通过对蒙古国汉语学习者的构成、需求和学习动机的调查，以汉语教学机构的类型、数量、分布和教学情况的分析，本文探讨了孔子学院与本土汉语培训机构在差异化发展、错位竞争以及合作发展策略上的实施情况。研究分析，两者通过明确自身定位，发挥各自优化，实现了互补发展。文章提出了加强合作、优化教学策略建议，并对蒙古国汉语教学市场的未来发展趋势进行了展望，认为汉语教学将更加多元化和个性化，在线教学将成为重要方式，中蒙教育合作将不断深化，推动汉语教学市场的健康发展。
This article examines the emergence of neologisms in contemporary Chinese political discourse, specifically focusing on numeral-based terms in Chinese. The primary focus of the study is on the widespread use of these terms following the rise of China's new generation of leadership. Since then, such terms have become increasingly common in Chinese political discussions. Given the rapid development of relations between China and Mongolia—especially with the shift to a comprehensive strategic partnership—understanding and accurately interpreting Chinese political terminology is crucial. The study analyzes a collection of linguistic data at both the morphological and semantic levels to identify the distinctive features of these terms. In terms of word structure, a notable characteristic is the frequent use of compound terms formed through abbreviation, a common feature in modern Chinese. Semantically, these terms cover a wide range of topics, including social and political issues. Specifically, the study finds that terms related to China’s development policies, national construction, the intellectual and value development of the people, Party governance, and the development of Party officials dominate the sample. The results of this study are expected to offer valuable insights into new trends in China's social and political development, helping to better understand the evolving discourse within China’s political landscape.
通过梳理汉语与蒙古语中涉及“金钱”主题的熟语，本文揭示了两种语言体系中所蕴含的文化差异。本研究首先对汉语和蒙古语中的金钱熟语进行了详细的语言学描述，然后构建了一个用于对比分析的文化框架。该框架依据文化价值观和社会历史背景进行设计，以确保分析的深度和广度。通过案例研究的形式，对特定的熟语进行了深入解读，揭示了它们背后的文化意涵。结合语言表征和文化内容分析，该研究为理解中蒙文化交流提供了独特视角，并反映了语言在文化传承中的关键作用。
中国国家领导人每到新年来临之际发表的公开性贺词，背后不仅仅传统贺词新年的文化传承，也是政治话语在演讲中的体现。本文运用概念隐喻理论，对中国领导人2024年新年贺词中概念隐喻进行识别、提取，分析其中概念隐喻的类型特征，研究发现：2024年新年贺词中所使用的隐喻类型具有多样性，其中时间隐喻、方位隐喻使用较多。所用概念隐喻，不仅使政治文本更容易理解，还可以引起人们的广泛共鸣。
In order to implement Mongolian higher education reform successfully and make universities rank the same as the best international universities, we consider that conducting a comparative research on the higher education system development history, developing concept of universities, reform processes, challenges and opportunities of Taiwan is significant for Mongolian universities which are implementing higher education reforms except for trends of international higher education development. Thus, we set a goal to analyze challenging issues of Mongolian higher education sector making reforms currently by comparing with achievements and challenges of Taiwanese higher education reform processes based on two aspects of the policy and its implementation of developing the world rank universities.

Хураангуй: В последние годы в связи с быстрым развитием отношений между Монголией и Китаем преподавание китайского языка в Монголии стало особенно важным и популярным, и число студентов, изучающих китайский язык, год от года увеличивается. Данная статья посвещена комплексному исследованию преподавания китайского языка в образовательных учреждениях различных типов в Монголии, проведенных МАПКЯ, для цели выяснения и описания характерных особенностей преподавания китайского языка за последние годы, приводятся статистические данные и их подробный анализ. В качестве исследовательской задачи автором также была определена попытка оценить современное состояние, тенденцию и перспективы преподавания китайского языка В Монголии.
Confucianism played an enormous role in formation of all Chinese conduct of life, beginning from social institutes tothe family relations. Gradually understanding an important role of Confucianism as a spiritual component of modernization of the Chinese society begins to get also into minds of political elite, party management, andthe persons who are responsible for decision-making for ideological questions as on local, regional, and on central levels. Strategic course of the Chinese leaders acts as construction of socialism with the Chinese specifics. Naturally, therefore, in the last thirty years, the main attention was paid to development of economy. Unprecedented economic growth of China for these years is well-known. However, along with obvious achievements in the course of modernization, there were serious problems, including social and spiritual spheres. It forced the Chinese leaders to look for ways of their decision. Therefore, there was a need of the appeal to the national spiritual traditions, to Confucianism. At the same time, Confucianism throughout centuries has developed into a quite harmonious system of ethical principles of relationship of people, society and the nature, interstate relations.
Sentence focus is a manifestation of sentence information, which needs to be emphasized, or the part that the speaker intends to emphasize. It plays an important role in the process of VP transmission. The use of the Chinese language sequence, voice, marker words, sentence and other language means to highlight the sentence focus. Studying the highlighted form of sentence focus helps students to understand the meaning of the sentence. In this paper, the author discusses Chinese scholars studies on Chinese sentence focus, the results of Chinese language teaching in Mongolia to open the teaching materials used by the universities and students writing as the main corpus to analyze the natural focus of the sentence highlights form, and from the perspective of the highlights and analysis of the common mistakes by Mongolian students.
