Abstract: The changing international security environment and hybrid warfare are increasingly challenging small states. This article aims to review how small states develop their resilience and ensure survival through multilateral cooperation, cybersecurity, and people’s diplomacy. Using the experiences of Estonia, Lithuania, and Finland, Mongolia can invest in developing its digital infrastructure. It has the potential to broaden its multilateral cooperation scope, ensure social unity and informational immunity, and strengthen its resilience towards hybrid threats. Abstract:This article aims to analyze the trilateral defense partnership between Australia, the UK, and the USA and the policies of the 45th and 47th Presidents of the USA, Donald Trump, toward this alliance, and predict changes that may occur in the near future. The trilateral partnership AUKUS was established in 2021 to provide regional security and stability, and it aims to equip Australia with nuclear powered submarines and jointly develop high technological defense capacities of its members. Policies of Trump and Biden has several overlapping areas aside from the numerous differences. AUKUS is affecting regional geopolitical stability and attracting the attention of China, Southeast Asia, and Europe, creating both challenges and opportunities for the countries in the region. Abstract Modern British Armed Forces fulfil the important task of providing comprehensive defence for the UK with a comparatively small but professional force and upholding great traditions that date back centuries before. Today, when we hear the words British or English military, the first thing that comes to our mind is either the bearskin hats or the scarlet tunics. In this article, I sought to examine some of the fine traditions and uniqueness of the British military and identify features that can be adopted in Mongolia. China has a fascinating history in international peacekeeping as it went from a criticising position to the current position of being the second biggest financial donor to UN peacekeeping in just under 30 years. In this article I will examine the progress of this shift, China’s view and policy on peacekeeping, and the perceptions of other countries and researchers on the matter. Article: Analysis on balance of power and alliance, realist and liberal approaches Abstract: Balance of power and alliance has been an important and persistent concept of international relations for a long time. In this essay I will clarify importance of balance of power and alliance. Also I will analyze realist and liberal approach toward above concept and compare them. My essay will consist of three parts. In the first part I will introduce concept of balance of power and alliance and clarify the importance of these concepts in international relations. The second part is the analysis part where I will begin with examining Realist approaches of balance of power and variety of opinions of the theorists and demonstrate it with historic examples. Then I will continue on examining Liberal approaches of balance of power and also demonstrate it with historic examples. The last part is the conclusion part where I will summon up the entire essay and include my conclusion of the analysis. On the one hand the media was a part of ideological "superstructure" of the society. Soviet support for press meant that newspapers, books and electronic media were affordable and accessible to all. They contribute to the literacy and quality of education. But the New Independent states followed their own paths of media development. From these new independent states of Central Asia, I will concentrate on Kyrgyzstan, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan and Turkmenistan as these countries play a major role in the region. In this article, I will try to investigate how media was developed and served for a society in these countries from the early 2000s to the early 2010s. Ideas surrounding humanitarian intervention and its implementation have been increasingly used in international relations since 90’s and attracted debates and controversies among both scholars and practitioners. One of the main controversy that surrounds humanitarian intervention is that it is usually (or even only) implemented in countries or regions that are either rich in natural resources or has a strategic or geopolitical importance. In this article I will try to examine this issue and analyze cases of Libya, Syria and Kosovo in this article. Key words: humanitarian intervention, natural resource, geopolitics, intervention.
