Recent decades have seen considerable progress in cyber-technological advancement that has pros and cons for humanity. As there is every prospect of success, there has to be an emerging popular culture of the Internet-cyber world within the whole generation. Due to the excellent future in the computer industry, cyberculture and the internet theoretically make it possible for chunks of students to study from home. The COVID-19 pandemic has fueled demand for yet more computers and smartphones and led to bad habits students have picked up. The increasingly computerized impact of society affects all of humanity. Even Mongolia, one of the least computer-industrialized countries, has millions of cyber addicts now. Students have been getting into the habit of sleeping late at night and always having fast food at the computer desk since the COVID-19 pandemic years. The prospect of spending one to two years in lockdown has filled people with horror. There are pros and cons to owning your computers, smartphones, and tablets. However, smartphone use affects our everyday lives. Today most people have the revolting habit of checking their e-mails, Instagram, or Messenger chats as soon as they log on to their computer to study or work. Many students have already gotten used to eating between meals, which is a revolting habit for their health. In this paper, however, we want to contend that the future of humanity will depend on the students’ habits today. As an educator, I must find practical solutions to the COVID-19 affecting students, offer them reasonable solutions, and tell them to my students. The findings are making plans for physical, emotional, human developmental, educational, and spiritual expression purposes for my students so that they might be able to get rid of or get out of the bad habits they have started during the couple of years of COVID-19. Finally, what is very important, I contend, is parental polite and friendly influence and involvement with control encouraging their children’s interests and various needs. We need to turn now to the findings concerning the above-mentioned practical solutions.

Abstract: Mongolia has undergone significant changes since transitioning to a market economy in 1990. These changes have affected various sectors, including the education system and the foreign language teaching policy. As English language learning gains popularity, the quality of teaching and the competence of teaching personnel have become crucial issues. To enhance the education system and its standards, English teachers must improve their professional skills and teaching methods. However, despite being a pressing issue, this problem is yet to be fully addressed. In order to enhance the quality of English teaching, it's important to recognize the necessity of professional development opportunities for English teachers. The success of such programs heavily relies on catering to the specific needs of teachers. This research study aims to identify the skills that English language teachers, who are involved in training future teachers at both public and private universities, would like to develop professionally. This will be achieved through conducting interviews. Additionally, this study aims to explore the attitudes of English teachers towards the effectiveness of teacher development programs offered by teacher training universities and colleges. Keywords:PD challenges & needs, effectiveness of TDPs, English teacher preparation institutes

Abstract: Since 1990, Mongolia has been open to the whole world and has transitioned to a market economy. Not only did many changes occur in the country's economy, but it also affected the education system, including the foreign language teaching policy. As people's interest in learning English increases, it is clear that the problem of English language teaching personnel and the quality of teaching will be affected. In order to develop the education system and improve its quality, the development must start with the teachers and educators and from the professional skills and teaching methods of the teachers in the teacher training schools. During that time, this problem was one of the most pressing problems, but it is still not completely solved. In order to improve the quality of English teaching, there is a need for professional development of English teachers. In doing so, taking into account the needs of teachers is the basis for effective and rewarding teacher development programs. This research aims to find the skills that English language teachers of public and private universities who prepare teachers want to develop professionally through interviews. It also aims to explore attitudes toward the effectiveness of teacher development programs for teachers at teacher training universities. This article is concerned from beginning to end with translation skills and translation-related skills of all types. Although the study of translation skills appears to be only theoretical, this work will combine the theoretical literature on these skills with a host of illustrative applications and examples from both languages involved, English and Mongolian. Translation skills sound familiar to everyone involved in one way or another in the field of translation. Almost all books on translation refer to these skills as though axiomatic to readers. Translation skills of all types should be developed simultaneously in both languages involved, the foreign as well as the mother tongue. Mongolian students of translation and translators alike have exhibited a number of weaknesses in their Mongolian Language skills, which have bad effects on the quality of their translations. Therefore, they must attend more seriously to mastering their native language skills of all types with a view to improving their understanding, style of writing, means of expression, and, hence, translations. This paper is meant to introduce the main types of translation skills in detail in theory as much as in practice, elaborating and covering all aspects of translation as a discipline and a profession. Keywords: translation skills, types of translation skills, native language skills, translation accuracy,

Teachers, especially university teachers, must be lifelong learners for what they are doing is an excellent act of optimism. Most of them, as well as other professionals, learn a good deal more out of school than in it. They are all adult learners. They learn from their families, their colleagues, their teaching experiences, and even their students. They also learn from problems resolved, tasks achieved, and mistakes confronted. You do not learn a subject from teachers but from life. That's why it is said in every culture that teaching is both a challenging and a noble job. In the face of disrespect, misbehavior, and lack of student enthusiasm, teachers are the believers. They see the light at the end of the tunnel, and they lead step by step - truly the greatest act of optimism.

Abstract: This paper will focus on the translation of Mongolian verses of poetry into English and its main features. The translation is an activity that aims at conveying the meaning or meanings of a given linguistic discourse from one language to another. We define translation in terms of the sameness of meaning across languages. One of the most significant features of the Mongolian verses is their alliteration and assonance and their “melodic” onomatopoeic rhythms or tones in their lines, word numbers, and whether or not they are stressed or unstressed in certain syllables. Overall, when we translate the alliteration of Mongolian verses into other languages, specifically into English, we write them expressing their meanings in the same letters that each last word in the lines has. The main aim of this article is to compare and do some analysis of a verse named “A mountain peak” by Yavuukhulan Begz, one of the best poets in Mongolia. Keywords: Mongolian verses, the alliteration of Mongolian verses, Assonance, onomatopoeic rhythms and harmony,

Translation deciphers the meaning of the written word from one language to another. Interpreting is a complex and multi-modal, linguistic activity, where the interpreter handles not only the linguistic transfer but also the whole impact of the text in which the interpreting takes place. Both translation and interpretation enable communication across languages from source to target and both work with not only the language but also the culture and values which the speakers of that language respect and adore. Decades of research on translation or interpreting have made it abundantly clear that ignorance or distortions of culture and value in the translation leads to a perversion of the truth, that is, such translation can pervert the minds of an audience of hundreds and thousands. Perversion in translation is not just a quality of something that has been lost in translation; it means that it is not very good as a result of being translated into another language or told in a different way. Essentially, words provide us with a framework for expression, but no two frameworks can express the exact same idea, which means that no words truly translate because each framework in each language has different connotations within its original culture and the valuable belief of its speakers. According to the translation process research, which is into the interpreting process aims to unveil and understand the cognitive actions behind interpreting. The actions part of the process was once described as identifying, decoding, transferring, and producing a series of linguistic units from one language to another, but still it must not be perverted.

Since the 1990s, in the developing international relations, cultural and diplomatic exchanges between Mongolia and the world community, the linguistic contact, especially the diplomatic language skills between Mongolian and English languages has been increasingly expanded. In diplomatic and legal documents many words have Latin and French origin. There are a lot of abbreviations and conventional symbols, and the most noticeable feature of grammar is the compositional pattern. Every diplomatic document has its own stereotyped form. Therefore, through this article, we look into how those stereotyped forms, abbreviations, and conventional symbols are used in diplomatic documents. This article presents a number of issues concerning teaching principles of diplomatic translation and gives examples based on some documentation.
