So far, we cannot find any particular and independent study of scientific oral speeches in the field of traditional linguistics of the Mongolian language. That is why we feel a lack of previous research materials in the field. The scientific oral speech constitutes highly specific issue for its stylistics, comprising various types of language elements. According to the Mongolian language history, both theoretical and practical aspects of the scientific oral speech never been investigated properly. Therefore, the item deserves to be analyzed further in detail. It is not considered that the narrator is unable to find and use an appropriate equivalent word, but it is considered as a unique method of scientific oral speech.

In oral scientific speech, some adjectives that express value and some nouns are repeatedly used to directly transmit the speaker's ideas to the listeners and have the listeners memorize the feelings. abstract: The family is the core of society and is considered the beginning of a person’s formation as a true human being. Mongols believe that a child is born into a family and raised in a family. If you have a family full of love and laughter, the participation of both people should be equal. It is not normal for a husband to seduce his wife. There are lots of proverbs in Mongolia among the people. According to all these proverbs, our ancestors tried to raise their grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Because well-bred children have always been the values of a family in society. Getting married is like starting a new organization. If parents were able to raise their children correctly, then later in life these children will retain their upbringing, so you no longer need to worry about them. They can behave decently, even useful for the country. The upbringing and behavior of a child depends on the father, the ex and the atmosphere of intimate relationships within the family. In the future, the number of members of this organization, which has only two partners, will increase and the harmony between the founders will determine whether the work will be healthy. An ideal relationship between husband and wife is very important in family life. Healthy families raise healthy children.
Meanings of three expressions that commonly happen in the Oirat folklore were studied in this article. The expression “ariun tarialandā garǎxʌ”in the sutras the word “dagshin” is translated into mongolian “аriun tarialan” which is ‘pure’. The meaning of ‘to die’ is expressed by this word. Word “tšīlxē,” in the expression “gar ni tšiŋga, ganzǎgʌ ni tšīlxē” comes from the other expression “ganzagaas böx uyax” and expresses the idea of collecting and returning from the war with wealth.
In the paper, we analyze the state policy of Russia and the practical implementation of projects aimed to support and promote the Russian language abroad. Within the study, we use research methods, such as observations, interviews, and experimental testing, to improve the effectiveness of promoting the Russian language outside Russia. Moreover, we analyze Russian and foreign forms of promoting the language abroad. Additionally, we provide a detailed description of the advantages and disadvantages of the most appropriate forms to support and promote the language abroad and the forms tested in foreign schools. The paper presents the forms divided into those conducted abroad with the assistance of Russian native speakers and those conducted in Russia for foreigners. Furthermore, we describe the forms proposed and based on our experience of working with native speakers and organizing activities to support foreign languages in the Altai Republic, Russia, and Western Mongolia. These forms are relevant for supporting Russian as a foreign language in Western Mongolia

Товч утга: We studied the usage of PTCP in scientific oral speeches in the Mongolian and Russian languages from the point of language and speech and analyzed the examples of usage of PTCP in scientific oral speeches. The scientific oral speech is realized orally and it contains all the elements and peculiarities of an oral language. However, the normal way of using the participle in scientific oral speech is no longer different from the way of written language. In the most cases, the speaker always tries to follow the normal way of written language standards when using the PTCP in scientific oral speeches. The speaker also uses different types of language elements, special terms, common usage words and oral speech words all together in a good harmony. Цель исследования- анализ и оценка эффективности носителей языка и существующих программ с целью выявления наиболее эффективных и действенных методов и форм их работы и поддержки со стороны направляющих организаций. Научная новизна исследования заключается в обосновании и описании принципов отбора и подготовки носителей языка за рубежом, впервые научно исследовны преимущества и недостатки программ по продвижению языка за рубежом носителями языка /волонтёрами, языковыми ассистентами/. В статье приводится анализ недостатков и преимуществ программ по привлечению носителей языка и обосновываются принципы организации федеральной программы по привлечению добровольцев- носителей языка для преповавания русского языка. Реализация исследования в целом направлена на значительное повышение эффективности работы носителей русского языка за рубежом. Эксперимент проводился на проекте носителей русского языка из Горно-Алтайского государственного университета в Западной Монголии в 2018-2019 гг. В результате представлены основные положения для Федеральной волонтёрской программы по продвижению за рубежом русского языка с помощью добровольцев – носителей языка.
