Abstact: Language is a tool of human communication, a unique link and key that unites humanity in a globalized society. Today, we face the inevitable necessity to learn a foreign language, whether we want it or not, in order to communicate with the outside world, keep up with technological advances, and raise the level of our education. Therefore, in this work, we set as our goal to study and classify the usage, sphere of usage, and features of foreign words that are actively used in the Mongolian language recently. And here we classified all examples in the following groups: 1. Administration, politics; 2. Education, culture, science, sports; 3. Technological progress, information, transport; 4. Army; 5. Trade and business; 6. Banking, finance and economy; 7. Construction, industry; 8. Agriculture; 9. Culture, show business; 10. Words related to household and living environment.

Current situation of the Russian language in the regional places of Mongolia
Англи, Монгол хэдээр орчуулга хийх, албан бичиг боловсруулах, захидал, эссэ бичих зэргээр бичгийн хэлэнд цэг, тэмдэгийн хэрэглээ, тэр дундаа таслалын үүрэг чухал болохыг нарийвчлан судлах шаардлага бий болоод байна. Таслал нь цэг, тэмдэгийн чухал нэгж бөгөөд бичгийн хэлэнд нэн арвин тохиолддог. Таслалын хэрэглээг сайн мэдэхгүйгээр бичгийн хэлийг чадамгай эзэмших боломж хомс юм. Иймээс англи хэлийг хоёрдогч хэлээ болгон судалж буй мэргэжлийн ангийн оюутнуудад бичгийн хэлэнд чухал үүрэгтэй таслалын хэрэглээг таниулах талаар энэхүү илтгэлд авч үзсэн болно.
Аливаа хэлний уран зохиолын хэл нь өөр өөрийн өвөрмөц онцлог, гоо сайхантай байдаг. Нийгэмжсэн хувь бодгалийн аж амьдралын гүн гүнзгий утга учир, жам зүйг уран сайхны цогц дүрээр илэрхийлж түүнийгээ уншигчдын оюун сэтгэхүйд хүргэхэд үндэсний хэлний бүх баялаг, хамаг боломж сэлтийг уран яруу дүрслэлд хэрэглэсэн үг яриаг уран зохиолын хэл гэнэ. Уран зохиолын хэл нь хар ярианы хэл, албан бичгийн хэл, шинжлэх ухааны хэл, сонин сэтгүүлийн хэл, тэр ч байтугай этгээд үг хэлллэгийг ч хослуулан хэрэглэж болох үлэмж өргөн хүрээний баялаг үг яриа учир өвөрмөц шинж чанартай. Аристотель урлагийн нэгэн төрөл бол уран зохиол бөгөөд юмыг үгээр дууриалгадаг онцлогтой гэсэн бол харин Г.Э.Лессинг уран зохиолын дүрслэгдэхүүн нь үйлдэл гэж тодорхойлсон байдаг. Энэ бүгдээс авч үзвэл уран зохиолын хэл гэдэг хүний сэтгэлийг хөдөлгөх тусгай онцлогтой үг яриа юм. Иймд уран зохиолын хэлний бусдаас ялгарах гол онцлог нь 1. Сэтгэлийн хөдлөлийг гүнзгий илэрхийлдэг, 2. Дүрээр сэтгэдэг, 3. Цогц утга санаа илэрхийлсэн маш хураангуй оновчтой системчлэгдсэн байдаг.

Abstract. Recently, there have been two different opinions about the situation of the Russian language in Mongolia. Some believe that the Russian language plays an important role in the country. And others say that in the new conditions, Russian ceases to be the dominant foreign language. The position of the Russian language in modern Mongolian society is viewed differently. In this regard, we have put forward the question of considering the situation of the Russian language and the possibilities of the spread of the Russian language in Mongolia. Our study focuses on the conditions in Western Mongolia, especially in Khovd. The main reasons for the loss of positions are based on the results of the study on educational policy, the dominance of English becomes an equally significant factor. It is revealed that there is a need against the background of economic development, especially the geopolitical situation has a significant place. In this regard, the question of considering the position of the Russian language and the possibilities of spreading the Russian language in Mongolia is put forward. We especially pay special attention to the development of the Russian language in regional spaces, especially in the adjacent regions of the border areas of Russia.
Казакийн ард түмний үе уламжлан хэрэглэж ирсэн хүүхдийн өлгий буюу бесикийг хэрхэн хэрэглэдэг хийгээд түүнтэй холбоотой үг хэллэг, зан үйл, ёс заншлийн талаар өгүүлсэн болно.
Аливаа хэлний үгийн сангийн хамгийн тогтвортой хэсэг нь хэлц бөгөөд тухайн хэлээр ярилцагч ард түмнүүдийн хэлний соёлын салшгүй нэг хэсэг гэж үзэж болно. Бид энэхүү судалгаандаа Монгол хэлний "толгой" хэмээх үг оролцсон өвөрмөц хэлцийн утгыг англи хэлний мөн үг оролцсон өвөрмөц хэлцтэй харьцуулан судалсан болно.
