In the Central Asian region, the influence of the former Soviet Union was strong in the past, but many countries are now strengthening their ties with China. Among them, the nomadic countries of Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan and Mongolia have particularly strong cultural exchanges with similar sensibilities and values. Japanese language education in these three countries began at about the same time, and although the scale is small, it has developed steadily. Japanese was once a special language only studied by a select few major students, and has shown great development, with courses aimed at primary and secondary school students and the general adult public. However, there are many problems with the career paths of major students after graduation and the training of teachers. With the diversification of Japanese language education overseas and the changing international social situation, we would like to reexamine the significance of Japanese language education in this areas.
生成AIは現代社会において不可欠な存在となりつつある。AIはさらに発展し、人の心や感情と深く結びついた文学の世界にも入り込んだ。その一例は文学作品の翻訳である。本研究では、Ch.ロドイダンバ作の小説『ソロンゴ』の日本語訳及び芥川龍之介作の小説『鼻』のモンゴル語訳を生成AI(ChatGPT)による翻訳と比較し、異なる文化に関わる言葉を生成AIが翻訳できるかを検討する。

In this paper, we used the CEFR self-assessment checklist to investigate whether there was any change in the student’s self-assessment of Mongolian proficiency within a period of about three months, from the start to the end of the course. Participants included 37 international students of the Mongolian language course at the National University of Mongolia. The results of the survey found that the average value of student self-assessment was significantly higher before the end of the course than after the start of the course, at both the elementary and intermediate levels. In addition, the average value of self- assessment was significantly higher before the end of the course in all areas of each level.
THE RISE AND THE CIVIL MOVEMENT IN MONGOLIA: 2004-2008 The Mongolian Democratic Movement, which occurred in the mid- 2000s, aimed at reforming Mongolian socialism. However, subsequent historical processes have distorted this view. The main reason for this was the influx of external capitalism using aid as a level. Citizen movement's leaders, frustrated by the slow progress in achieving their goals, turned into a political mob. As a result, it lost support from the public.

This article aims to clarify the meaning of the NP1 +no +NP2 structure in Japanese. According to the example sentences in the corpus, the meanings of the NP1 +no +NP2 structure can be classified into 23 meanings.
本稿では、諺を教材に学習者の条件表現「ば」の正確な定着を目指し、ピア活動を取り入れた授業を試みた。その結果、学習者の作文や訳文に殆ど見られなかった条件表現「ば」の使用が増えた。そして学生同士のやり取りにより、微妙に違っている「ば」の2つの用法(一般条件と仮定の用法)に多くの学生が気づき、積極的に諺の解釈を行った。また、学習者がモンゴル語と日本語における諺の相違点も自分たちで発見し、その例を挙げるなど、誤りを恐れないで、自由に発言しようとしていることも観察された。

This paper, which can be considered a continuation of early observations and then a study, touches upon the types of nonverbal means of communication in the modern Mongolian language, based on examples that have used the word “tolgoi (‘head’ in English)” and cited modern Mongolian literature. In modern Mongolia, nonverbal means of communication have their own special types, forms and grammar, which all use real words and expressions related to Mongolian culture, customs and lifestyle. For this research paper, 23 nonverbal means of communication using the word tolgoi were recorded, and most of them expressed ignorance, sadness or regret, which indicated a negative attitude.

1979年から現在に至るまでに70冊余りの日本語・モンゴル語辞典やモンゴル語・日本語辞典が印刷されており、本稿は、これら辞典と辞書に関する調査報告である。辞典の種類、特徴、構成、単語について分析し、特にその音声表記に焦点を当て、考察した。
